Nice weather, mid May the weather is so nice that I go on my bike and take the trailer with me to pick up Nicole at the day-care. We have fun to be at the playground for a while before I try my best to get her home :-)
First day of the season in Waterton. Lettie Nicole and I had a great day in Waterton. We hiked up Bears hump, a great overlook on to the Village and Park.The weather was nice and Nicole walked most of the time herself. Later on the road to Cameron Lake (could not go to the Lake as the Road was closed 2 km before the lake) we saw 6 Bears. On of the Bears was very close to our car. We also had a great time at the Playground in the park at and Zum's Restaurant, where I had Schnitzel and fries. It was just a perfect day.
May - days hot like the summer. We had a couple days with around 30 degree, so we could enjoy our backyard. This is a big plus this yard, the kids can play we can relax in the hammock and than we BBQ.
I got my Canadian Passport, so now on May 22nd. I am done with all the Visa - Citizenship - passport application. I started on Jan 31st. 2006 so it took me 6 years and 4 month to hold my Canadian Passport in my hand.
Weekend with the Family in Waterton. We arrived on Saturday the 26th. and stopped on our way to Waterton in a little cafe at Pincher Creek for lunch. Before we entered the Park we visited the Buffalo Paddock which was very exciting for Nicole. The weather on Saturday was OK, not very sunny but OK. We checked out Cameron Lake which was still 100 % frozen and has lot's and lot's of snow. We stopped at Red rock Canyon and walked around there and we enjoyed the Pool at the Hotel before we had dinner at our apartment. Sunday everything was white, it was May 27th. and it looked like in the Winter, except that the grass and trees where green (under the snow). We just had a fun weekend!

Lettie an den Niagara Faellen - Lettie durfte zu einer Konferenz von Firmen die als Job Vermittler arbeiten, die Konferenz fand an den Niagara Faellen statt, hier ist das Hotel wo sie untergebracht war.

Mitte Mai ist das Wetter so schoen das ich Nicole mit dem Fahrrad und dem Anhaenger abholen kann von der Tagesmutter. Wir fahren dann meisten zu einem Spielplatz bevor ich es versuche sie wieder vom Spielplatz los zu eisen :-)
Erster Tag der Saison in Waterton, Wir sind hoch auf den Bears hump gewandert, von wo man einen tollen Blick auf das Dorf und den Park hat. Nicole ist den meisten Teil alleine gegangen. Spaeter haben wir noch sechs Baeren gesehen auf dem Weg zum Cameron Lake gesehen. Leider konnten wir nicht bis zum See fahren, da die letzten 2 km gesperrt waren. Alles im allen war es ein perfecter Tag.
Mai Tage so warm wie im Sommer, im Mai hatten wir einige tage die um die 30 Grad waren. Die Kinder koennen im Garten spielen, wir koennen die Haengematte nutzen und spaeter Grillen wir.
Ich habe meinen Kanadischen Pass. Am 22. Mai habe ich somit alles hinter mir gebracht, all die Visa oder Einbuergerungs Antraege Pass Antraege, angefangen am 31.1.2006 hat es somit 6 Jahre und 4 Monate gedauert m einen Kanadischen Pass in meiner Hand zu halten.
Wochenende mit der Familie in Waterton. Wir sind am 26 May ueber Pincher Creek (wo wir zu Mittag in einem kleinen Cafe waren) nach Waterton gefahren. Auf dem Weg dorthin haben wir noch bei einem Bueffel Gehege gestoppt, das war schon recht interesant fuer Nicole.Das Wetter war durchwachsen aber trocken, wir sind zu dem Cameron Lake gefahren der tief in den Bergen liegt und noch zu 100 % gefroren war, es dort lag auch noch eine Tonne Schnee. Spaeter sind wir am Red Reck Canyon etwas spazieren gegangen dann in den Hotel Pool und Abendessen in unserem Apartment. Sonntag am Mai 27 war es dann gut am schneien, die Baume und Wiesen waren schon alle gruen mit dick Schnee drauf.
