1. Wetter
Snowfall in the last May week, even on May 30th.!!!! And than a looooooot of rain. But also sometimes very sunny warm days.
2. for my Canadian family
Nicole is going now more often on the toilet. She likes to run around naked sometimes and now she is coming if she has to make pee and says totaly excited "pee, papa, pee". I aske her then if she wants to go to the toilet.....and off she runs, me behind her. She wants to sit on the big toilet and so I have to hold her. After she is done, she flushes the toilet and says "bye bye pee".
Snow again in the end of June, so I could not go to Waterton on memorial day (I have the US holidays) with Nicole as I planed. We went to the playgroup at the family center, where we went every monday when I stayed home with her.
Outdoor club BBQ and Waterton weekend. My lovely wife booked us a B&B in Mountainview to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. The COC (Chinook outdoor club) had his anual BBQ, so we went there first and then from the Farm in Stirling to the B&B by Waterton.
The COC BBQ was at a farm, Nicole had fun with some animals and the little playground. While lettie and I enjoyed to talk to some people. We had no time for the food, because we had to be at the B&B before 8pm, so we left at around 6pm. We just stoped in Cardston in the "Grotto" for a Pizza.
I stayed with Regina 2 years ago in the B&B, it has a hot tub, sauna and a lot of space. Only one other family stayed there with us. Lettie and I had a great time beeing in the hottup under the night sky with all the stars.
The next day we went to waterton, to hike bears hump where it was NOT windy and the sun was shinning in the Park. We stopped at Cameron Lake, who was still to 75% frozen. later at the Restaurant we saw the memebers of the COC who where hiking in Waterton this weekend.
Nicole and the microwave, even when I was with her in the kitchen, she put our phone into the microwave and microwaved it for 10 seconds which of course killed the phone. Lettie just asked "who watched the kid?".....ups.
Family Church camp in Waterton, we four had a great time at the Camp. We stayed from friday to sunday in "our" Cabin #1 ( same Cabin like last year). We had the campfire - some games for the kids and saturday a nice hike to Bertha Bay and Bertha falls. It was just a nice day on the Saturday when we hiked 7 km in the mountains. And the Sunday we relaxed in Waterton, on fathers day. I got the "Hop on Pop" book from my kids from Dr. Seuss.

3. Bericht der letzten Zeit
Wanderclub Grillen und Waterton Wochenende
Der Wanderclub hatte sein jaehrliches Grillen auf einer Farm suedlich von Lethbridge. Lettie nicole und ich konnten nur fuer eine Stunde vorbei schauen, da Lettie ueberraschenderweise eine Bed und Breakfast fuer uns bei dem Waterton Park gebucht hatte. Ich war schon einmal vor 2 Jahren in dem B&B mit meiner Cousine Regina als diese zu besuch aus Deutschland kam. Lettie und ich genossen den Hot tub unter dem sternenklaren Himmel in den Bergen waehrend Nicole tief und fest schlief. Nach einem ausgiebigen Fruehstueck wanderten wir drei auf den Bears hump in Waterton von wo man eine tolle Sicht auf den Park hat. Das Wetter war einfach genial. Mit Nicole waren wir dann noch auf den neuen Kinderspielplatz im Park und spaeter auf einen kurzen Stop beim Cameron Lake (den Nicole leider verschlafen hat). Wir hatten ein klasse Wochenende in Waterton.

Sie will jetzt immer auf die Toilette zum Pippi machen, das ist der erste Schritt weg von der Windel. Sie kommt dann immer ganz aufgeregt angelaufen wenn sie Pippi machen muss und sagt"Papa pee...Papa pee". Fast jede Woche ist nun irgendetwas neu in ihrem Leben, sie sagt auf einmal neue sachen oder sie macht Sachen die sie vorher nicht konnte. Es ist ein schoenes Erlebniss mit zu verfolgen wie Nicole sich endwickelt.
WM - Fieber
Nun gibt es hier nicht gerade ein WM Fieber, aber auch in Kanada kann man so einiges mitverfolgen und ich werde versuchen alle Deutschen Spiele zu sehen. Mein Freund Peter und ich werden sicherlich das ein oder andere Spiel zusammen sehen. Die meisten anderen werde ich am LIVE Ticker verfolgen. Habe mir das Deutschland Australien Spiel mit meinem Freund Peter angesehen.
Mikrowave Telephone
Nicole spielete in der Kueche unter meinen Augen, dachte ich zumindest. Was mir endging war das sie unser Telephone in der Mikrowelle "grillte" selbst wenn es nur wenige Sekunden drin war ist es nun nicht mehr funktionstuechtig. KINDER!!!!!!!!!!!
Familien Camp in den Bergen
Wir vier waren wir letztes Jahr mal wieder in den Bergen im Camp uebers Wochenende. Wir vier hatten eine Huette fuer uns und mussten sie nicht mit anderen teilen. Wir haben an den Samstag eine 7 km Wanderung zu einem Wasserfall und zu einer Bucht gemacht. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass und genossen die Mittags Pause am Wasser. Den Sonntag (Vatertag hier in Kanada) haben wir den relaxed in Waterton. Wir hatten lunch im Restaurant und ich konnte ein wenig vom WM Spiel Brasilien - Elfenbeinkueste sehen. Wir gehen sehr gerne zu diesem Camp. es kostet pro Person $40 fuer 2 Naechte Ubern./Fruehstueck! Lettie und ich ueberlegen ob wir nicht (ohne die Kinder) diesen Sommer einmal eine Zelt Uebernachtung im Park machen!
